Meet your instructor
Ben Perez
Founder, Chief Flight Instructor
Ben started his flight training in 2022 in Centennial, Colorado, and has always looked to the skies. As an aspiring airline pilot, he moved to Arizona to continue his flight training and attend Arizona State University. In 2025, Ben graduated from ASU with a B.S. in Air Transportation Management and founded Falcon Field Flight School.
With extensive flight experience across a variety of aircraft, flight schools, and training environments, Ben is committed to making flight training comfortable, enjoyable, and effective for every student. His goal is to train each student to become a safe, confident, and professional pilot through world-class instruction grounded in years of hands-on experience.
